Pricing & Quotes

How much does a move cost?

It depends on your home size, the distance between locations, and how much you have to move. Most local moves in South Florida range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. The best way to know is to get a quote — it's free and there's no obligation.

Is your quote a guaranteed price?

Your quote is an accurate estimate based on the details you provide. The final price is confirmed after our crew does a walkthrough on move day. We don't add unexpected fees at the end of a long day — what we quote is what you pay, provided the job matches what you described.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We quote transparently — home size, distance, access factors (stairs, long carry, elevator), and any special items. If something outside the original scope comes up on move day, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.

How do I get a quote?

Call (786) 855-6179 for an instant quote by phone — our AI asks a few quick questions and texts you a quote when you hang up. Or fill out the online form and we'll follow up within minutes.

Condos & High-Rises

Do you move condos and high-rises?

Yes — it's what we specialize in. We have 3,000+ South Florida buildings in our system, and we call ahead to confirm move rules, COI requirements, elevator booking, and parking restrictions before every condo move. If we've been there before, we already know the drill.

Do you handle elevator reservations?

For buildings in our database, we know the process and can help coordinate. For buildings we haven't handled before, we'll advise you on what's needed. Some buildings require the resident to make the reservation directly — we'll let you know in advance.

My building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Can you provide one?

Yes. We carry full insurance and can provide a COI addressed to your building's requirements. Just let us know when you book — we'll have it ready before move day.

Booking & Scheduling

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 1–2 weeks, especially for end-of-month moves and weekends, which fill up fast in South Florida. That said, we do take last-minute jobs when our schedule allows — just call and ask.

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a fee to cover crew and vehicle costs. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Do you move on weekends and holidays?

Yes. We operate 7 days a week, including most holidays. Weekend and holiday dates fill up quickly — book early if you have a specific date in mind.

The Move Itself

Do you offer packing services?

Yes. We offer two options: same-day packing (we pack everything and move it in one visit) or a separate packing day the day before your move. Packing services are priced separately — mention it when you get your quote.

Do you move pianos, safes, or other specialty items?

Yes, with a specialty item surcharge. Pianos, gun safes, large aquariums, and similar items require extra handling and equipment. Let us know when you request your quote and we'll include it in your estimate.

What should I do to prepare for move day?

If possible, disassemble large furniture (beds, desks, shelving units). Box up loose items — we can move furniture without boxes but loose items slow things down. Make sure parking is accessible for our truck. For condos, have your elevator reservation confirmed before our crew arrives.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All Seasons Moving is licensed by the State of Florida and carries full liability insurance on every job. We can provide proof of insurance and our license number upon request.
