These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the moving services provided by All Seasons Moving ("we," "our," or "us") to you ("Customer"). By booking a move with us or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
All Seasons Moving provides local moving services in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Central Florida. Services may include loading, transporting, and unloading household and office goods. Packing services are available upon request and quoted separately.
All quotes are estimates, not binding contracts. Your quote is based on the information you provide (home size, move distance, items, access). The final price is confirmed by our crew after an on-site walkthrough on move day.
If the scope of the move differs materially from what was quoted — additional items, unexpected access issues, or other changes — we will discuss any price adjustment with you before proceeding. We do not add fees at the end of a long day without your knowledge.
A move is confirmed when you receive a written or verbal confirmation from All Seasons Moving with your scheduled date and time. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to circumstances beyond your control, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A fuel surcharge may apply for moves exceeding 30 miles from the origin address.
For moves involving specialty items (pianos, gun safes, large aquariums), a deposit may be required at booking.
Unless you declare a higher value, your belongings are covered at the standard Florida released value rate of $0.60 per pound per article. This is the minimum protection required by Florida law and is provided at no additional charge.
Example: A 50 lb television damaged during the move would be covered for $30 (50 lbs × $0.60).
If you wish to protect your belongings for their full replacement value, you must declare a higher value in writing before the move begins. Additional declared value coverage is available for purchase — ask for details when booking.
If our crew is unable to access your building, complete the move, or begin on time due to circumstances outside our control (elevator unavailability, building restrictions, parking issues, locked access), additional time charges may apply. We will communicate any such issues as soon as they arise.
Any damage claims must be reported to us in writing within 5 business days of your move date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for compensation. To file a claim, contact us at (305) 879-9231 or in writing to the address below.
We cannot transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal substances, live animals, or perishable food items. We reserve the right to refuse to move any item we deem unsafe.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, All Seasons Moving's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by the Customer for the move in question, or (b) the released value coverage applicable to the damaged item(s).
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost income or business interruption resulting from any delay or damage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at allseasons-moving.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
